Strength:
Strength Training in the form of a group session using compound exercises giving you a full body workout which will keep your heart rate up for a cardiovascular workout as well as helping you build strength. Each session is facilitated by Rick!
HIRT:
High Intensity Resistance Training is designed to test your strength, endurance and most of all get your heart pumping! Using a variety of weights, medicine balls, battle ropes, truck tyres or bodyweight, each session is facilitated by Jo and will be different so you can only guess what’s coming next!
Resistance:
Resistance training increases muscle strength by making your muscles work against a weight or force. Different forms of resistance training include using free weights, weight machines, resistance bands and your own body weight. Each session is facilitated by Peta and will be different so you can only guess what’s coming next!
